It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for LITRA USA. I could sum up this testimonial with one simple word “Bravo!”

Our single biggest concern when we made this investment was whether the roof system would be durable enough to withstand all the weather it would be expected to. Our LITRA Roof System has endured a real “baptism by fire.” Winters can be brutal in Louisville, Kentucky but this one has been especially bad.

Our LITRA Retractable Roof System was installed about February 1, 2008. I am writing this on March 8, 2008. In the short time since we have had the LITRA system it has withstood winds in excess of 80 MPH, as not one but two separate tornado like weather episodes occurred in our city within about 2 weeks time. Tornadoes actually touched down within about 10 miles of our location. We have had several other periods of very high winds that lasted for several days. We have also endured just about every other type of weather imaginable; an ice storm, sleet, thunderstorms, heavy rain including hail, and just this weekend over a foot of snow fell in our city. Through it all the LITRA Roof System has been remarkable.
The engineering is simply superb. Only years of experience could have developed this product. We have only had the opportunity to have the roof system open a few times so far, but when we have it has opened and closed as advertised and our guests are simply delighted.

We installed heating units in the space covered by The LITRA Roof System and our guests have been warm and dry underneath it even at temperatures in the single digits, with wind gusts making the wind chill factor even colder. An added benefit of the LITRA system that it is very attractive. Our guests look up when they enter the space and they are simply delighted with its beauty and appearance.

Service has been superior. LITRA Representatives have been very responsive, helpful and resourceful regarding every question and every situation that has occurred even after the sale and installation.
